Ship Description[]
Catamaran is a small double-hull vessel, originated from Polynesian Isles, where this light and reliable construction often used by merchants, fishers and local pirates. It is surprisingly very sustainable to bad weather and storms, and has displacement of about 60 tonnes.
Double-hull construction not only makes it very maneuverable, but leads to a much lower hull height, what makes the Catamaran a very hard target. With sturdiness of Catamaran's hulls, this gives some chances when fighting against same-sized vessels. Overall, the Catamaran is a good and easy-to-handle vessel for novice pirates. It shines in fight with much less maneuverable ships.
